With the Pulsar Marketing Debit Card, affiliates will receive their commission payments on the same day funds are disbursed. This means affiliates do not have to wait several days for their checks to arrive by mail. The debit card works the same way as a check... consider it a 'Plastic Check', but with much more Power and Prestige.
Just like a check, you can cash the money Pulsar Marketing loads onto the card.
Plus, there are these additional benefits:
1) You can cash the money on the debit card at your bank, or you can do it online from the comfort of your home or office via an online interface provided free, courtesy of Pulsar Marketing.
2) You can withdraw money at ATM machines.
3) You can make purchases anywhere Visa is accepted, whether offline or online.
4) You can also get cash at the register. For example: If you visit a retail store and make a purchase, you can have the cashier add an additional charge to the card, and give you the additional charge in cash.
5) You can load other funds onto the card. For example, you can load commission payments from other affiliate networks, your job paychecks, etc, onto the card.

Questions and Answers about the Debit Card:
Question: What do other affiliates think of the debit card payment plan? The majority of our affiliates are excited about the card, and submitted our online signup form immediately upon hearing about it.
Question: What is Pulsar Marketing's motivation for offering the Visa debit card? We have many reasons, but namely we want our affiliates to enjoy faster commission receipt, more flexibility, and to have a card they can use and enjoy for many, many years to come, even if they discontinue promoting our affiliate networks. Secondly, we know that affiliates are the ultimate backbone of every affiliate network. For that reason, we give our affiliates the Power and Prestige they deserve. In return, we know our affiliates will recommend us to others.
Question: Is Pulsar Marketing offering the debit card for their own financial gain, so they can earn commissions for affiliates who signup and use the card? No. Pulsar Marketing does not earn any revenue; nor commissions, for affiliate issue nor use of the debit card. In fact, issuing cards to affiliates is an expense for Pulsar Marketing. Pulsar Marketing pays fees for generating each affiliate's debit card, loading their monthly Pulsar Marketing commissions, as well as monthly fees for each affiliate's online account manager interface. Pulsar Marketing pays the expense of issuing of the cards as well as other specified fees, so affiliates can have a better, more powerful and flexible commission payment method.
Question: Can I get an additional, duplicate debit card with the same account number, so my spouse can also have one and use it? Yes. You can request an additional card for your account via your online card account manager. Pulsar Marketing does not; however, pay the fees for issuing a duplicate card.
Question: Can I get cash from it, like a check payment? Yes, and there are many ways you can get the cash from the debit card:
*You can get cash from it by visiting your bank.
*You can use your bank's online system (if provided by your bank).
*You can use an ATM that accepts Visa.
*You can use the cash back feature.
Question: Are there any monthly fees for the online card account manager? Yes, but Pulsar Marketing pays this fee for you, provided you consistently generate monthly revenue via one of our networks.
Question: Are there any fees for transferring the commissions from the card to my personal bank account? Yes, but Pulsar Marketing helps you with this fee. There is a 50 cent fee per transfer. To help you with this fee, Pulsar Marketing will award you an extra 50 cents per month, which will cover the cost of one transfer per month to your bank account.
Question: If I stop promoting Pulsar Marketing networks, can I keep the card and continue using it? Yes, but if you discontinue generating commissions via a Pulsar Marketing network, you will have to pay the $1.95 monthly fee for the online card account manager.
Question: What if I completely terminate my affiliate account(s) with Pulsar Marketing, can I continue using the card? Yes. Even if you terminate your affiliate status with us, you may continue to use the card as stated in the previous question. Pulsar Marketing will allow the card account to continue, in hopes that you will continue to recommend us to others and that you might rejoin our network sometime in the future.
Question: Can I use the card at retail stores, to book airlines, to buy groceries, both offline as well as online? Yes, you can use the card wherever Visa is accepted, both offline as well as online. In addition to using it as a debit card, it can also be used as if it were cash, as well as if it were a check. It is the best of all three worlds (as a debit card, cash, and as a check).
Question: Are there any fees for purchases? No, there are no purchase fees.
Question: Can I use the card to get cash from an ATM machine? Yes, but remember that the bank which powers the ATM may charge a fee, and Pulsar Marketing's card issuer also charges a $1.50 fee per ATM transaction.
Question: Will I have to pay a fee each time Pulsar Marketing loads my commissions onto my card? No, Pulsar Marketing pays those fees for you.
Question: Can I add my own funds, paychecks, or commissions from another affiliate network to the card? Yes. Via your online card account manager, you will be able to order deposit tickets for adding other funds to your card. Please refer to the online card account manager regarding fees for loading funds other than commission payments loaded by Pulsar Marketing. Pulsar Marketing only pays the load fees for commissions earned via a Pulsar Marketing network, once per month.
Question: Can I get Cash from a retail store? Yes. Whenever you make a purchase at a retail store, you can ask for extra cash back. For example, if you purchase items totaling $25.00, you can ask the cashier to charge the card $35.00 and give you $10.00 cash.
Question: Are there any fees for using the cash back feature? No. This is another free benefit.
Question: Can I use the debit card to make routine payments, such as my monthly internet bill, car payments, etc? Yes, you can setup automatic debits from your card to pay your recurring expenses. Automatic drafts may have fees, which would not be paid by Pulsar Marketing.
Question: If I have spent all of my monthly commissions, can I continue making purchases with the card, or draw cash from it? You will either have to wait until your next commission deposit, or you will have to deposit other funds into your card.
Question: How much faster do I receive my commissions with the card? You will receive your commissions 3-5 days faster; on average, than other affiliates who must wait for their checks to arrive via U.S. mail. With the card, you receive your commissions the same day we authorize distribution of monthly commissions, without having to wait for Accounting to print your check, and without having to wait for the U.S. mail to deliver it.
Question: Whom should I thank for this fast, convenient and flexible payment method? Yourself. Pulsar Marketing merely gives affiliates the Power and Prestige they deserve from an affiliate marketing agency.
