New Daily Rate Affiliate Program
Dear Flat Rate Affiliate,
You may have noticed that our Daily Rate affiliate software is once again having issues. The problem is because other software and server functions are processing at the same times, as well as security control issues.
BUT we have good news!
*We will continue our Daily Rate program.
*We will give you an easy, HTML text link.
*We will offer higher daily payout rates for some rank ranges.
Since there are problems with our Daily Rate software, we are going to continue paying daily ad rates without using any software whatsoever. This means we will give you regular HTML text links to insert instead of the sensitive ad code, plus you can make minor modifications (font/color) to the new HTML link in order to make it fit more naturally onto your website.
Effective November 1st, 2009, here is how the NEW Daily Rate program will work.
*We will provide you with your own unique HTML text link to place onto the main, default page of your website(s). If you have more than one website or if you create new websites, simply send us an email of the URLs. We will review your URLs, and we will let you know which ones we approve for hosting our textual link.
*Periodically throughout the month, we will spot-check your website(s) to ensure our HTML text link is present, visible and easily readable. If our HTML text link is missing or altered to the point where it is barely readable, we will assume that the violation/problem has been ongoing since the last date we checked. If; for example, we last checked your site on the 1st day of the month and on the next check on the 15th of the month our HTML text link is gone or difficult to read, we will assume the problem has been ongoing since after the 1st. Hence, you would not receive the daily rates for the 2nd through the next date when we make our next random check. Hence it is very important not to remove our HTML text link nor make it unreadable. You may; however, relocate our link. If there is a problem with our link, we will immediately send you an email to notify you so you can quickly resolve the issue.
*On the first of every month we will pay the total you earned, using the chart below per your site rank on the payment date. Hence, even if your site ranked bad during the month but then ranked good on the payment date, you will receive the payment date rate! If; however, your site ranks lower, you will receive the lower rate. Website Alexa Rank Daily Rate

FAQs
Question: Will the new HTML text link be as sensitive as the old ad code (must start/end on its own HTML lines, etc)?
Answer: No, the new text link is simple HTML which can be blended easily into your existing HTML. You can even change the font and color of the textual link to match your web page layout.
Question: Can I move the text link, or must it stay in the same location on my web page?
Answer: You can move our link as often as you desire, as long as it remains active on the main, default page of your website.
Question: Can I get paid the monthly advertising rate in advance?
Answer: No. We pay on the first day of every month for the previous month ad days. This policy is to ensure that we had full ad placement per our Terms.
Question: If I start the program in mid month, will I have to wait until the middle of the next month to get paid?
Answer: No, we will still pay you on the 1st of every month, even though you will not receive a full month of revenue.
Question: Is there a monthly minimum in order to get paid?
Answer: No, we payout on the 1st of every month no matter how much (or how little) you have earned.
Question: If I fix the text link immediately after you notify me of the problem, will you check it right away so I can begin earning the daily rate again?
Answer: Yes, we would be happy to check within 24 hours of you notifying us that the link was reinserted/repaired.
Question: How many text links will be available for me to host?
Answer: One.
Question: What are the main Terms/Conditions?
Answer:
*You must be at least 18 years of age.
*You must provide your tax information.
*You must place our textual link on the main, default page of domains you own (not free-hosted) and which we approve to earn our Daily Rates. Even after domain approval, said domain(s) must continue to contain at least 90% consumer credit content with no adult, racial, obscene, suggestive or questionable content or links to such content anywhere on the domain.
